Cima's Buffet Luncheons are available every day from 12PM to 3PM and require a minimum of 40 people. Choose 5 items below (2 proteins, 1 starch, a salad and vegetable) @ $27.00 per person, plus tax @ 6.25% and an 20% gratuity. Note: Chicken Francaise may be substituted for Chicken Marsala or Chicken Parmigiano. Entrée selections such as Prime Rib, Salmon, or Tenderloin of beef are available on an additional per-person cost, based on Market Price. Additional items can be requested and priced accordingly. Appetizers can be added at a per-person cost. Also included: coffee/tea service, freshly baked bread. Cookie trays or specialty cakes may be coordinated in advance.
